PATRICK
D. QUINN was born in Painesville, Ohio, August 5, 1951.
He received his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1972 in
Political Science, with distinction. He graduated from Cleveland
Marshall College of Law with a J.D. in 1976. He was admitted to
the Ohio bar on November 19, 1976 and the U.S. District Court,
Northern District of Ohio on February 4, 1980. He was also admitted
to practice at the U.S. Supreme Court in May, 1997.
Mr.
Quinn has practiced law since 1972 and is the founder and president
of Quinn Legal Associates, Inc. He has developed his skills as
a trial attorney litigating cases in state and federal courts
for over twenty-seven years. He attended the National Institute
for Trial Advocacy and successfully completed the program receiving
his diploma on July 3, 1981. Mr. Quinn has recently been board
certified as a civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial
Advocacy. Further, Mr. Quinn is presently obtaining his Executive
MBA at Notre Dame University in South Bend, Indiana. He has been
successful in recovering substantial compensation for his clients
and focuses his practice on civil litigation in medical malpractice
and serious personal injury. He is a member of the American Trial
Lawyers Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and Lake County
Bar Association.
WILLIAM B. DAVIES was born in Cleveland, Ohio,
August 13, 1955. He attended Chapman College in Orange, California
where he obtained his B.A. in Government and Communications in
1978. Mr. Davies graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of
Law with a J.D. and was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1983. He was
admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio
in 1986. He has served as Chairman of Moot Court Board of Governors
and is a member of American Trial Lawyers Association and the
Cleveland Academy of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Davies concentrates his
legal practice in civil litigation including medical malpractice,
personal injury and products liability law.

ROBERT
J. GARRITY is a Freeport, Illinois native, born November
22, 1959. Mr. Garrity attended the University of Wisconsin in
Madison where he obtained his B.S. in Pharmacy in 1982. He graduated
from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law, cum laude, with a
J.D. and was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1999 (inactive). He is
a member of the Ohio Pharmacists Association; American Society
of Pharmacy Law, and American Health Lawyers Association. Mr.
Garrity's expertise is in pharmacy law and professional licensure
issues with focus on recovery related cases. Mr. Garrity has extensive
knowledge with respect to the medical and legal aspects of chemical
dependency. He gives monthly lectures on the subject to groups
of first-time DUI offenders attending a Driver Intervention Program
(DIP). He is also working toward obtaining his Masters degree
in Social Work at Cleveland State University
